Designs and develops Spanish- and English-language eLearning courses, training programs, assessments, instructor-led materials, and slide decks. The role applies instructional design, UX thinking, visual design, copywriting, and user testing to simplify technical concepts and create engaging learning experiences. Responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts and product teams, managing multiple large-scale projects, establishing eLearning standards, and meeting quality and deadline requirements.

Drive adoption of a self-service livestream shopping platform among agencies and enterprise brands. The role also involves user testing, visual design, copywriting, editing, presentation design, and meeting project deadlines.

Architect and build unified operational data systems connecting fragmented tools and workflows. Develop governed data models, schemas, transformations, lineage, and dashboards using SQL and cloud platforms. Automate reporting, monitor workflow health, improve data reliability, and support executive decision-making. Partner with production, studio, finance, and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable systems while providing technical leadership, roadmap ownership, and mentorship.

Lead and manage in-house post artists and day-rate vendors for high-volume social media content. Create schedules and budgets, oversee post workflows, QC deliverables, maintain vendor rosters, document best practices, and support project/media management using PM tools. Provide creative leadership, attend review sessions, and occasionally edit or create motion graphics.

Maintains and consolidates Airtable systems, troubleshoots API integrations across Salesforce, Coupa, and AWS finance tools, validates data flows, supports dashboards and executive reporting, and maintains data standards and documentation. Provides onsite operational support in New York while escalating complex issues to the Senior Data Operations Architect.

Provides expert audio and AV production support for live, recorded, live-to-tape, and hybrid studio productions. Independently designs signal routing, mixing, monitoring, Dante and Yamaha audio workflows, and troubleshoots microphones, wireless systems, IFB, comms, and playback. Supports camera operation, switching, lighting, cabling, and remote integrations. Leads executive recordings, interviews, panels, broadcasts, and partner productions while advising studio engineers and maintaining polished executive-facing service.

Design onboarding journeys, enablement programs, workshops, playbooks, and self-service resources; manage activation funnels and adoption health; cultivate customer champions; translate feedback into product improvements; and partner with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and content teams to expand platform usage.

Lead end-to-end post-production for high-volume social and corporate video content, from raw footage through final delivery. Edit narratives, audio, color, motion graphics, and branded packaging while meeting platform-specific requirements. Collaborate with creative, graphics, and production teams, incorporate feedback, develop templates, explore Google generative AI tools, manage deadlines, and mentor junior editors.

Leads the creation and scaling of new business initiatives from market analysis through deal structuring, go-to-market launch, and growth. Develops market theses, partnership models, operational workflows, SLAs, and strategic roadmaps; analyzes competitors and industry trends; negotiates partner relationships; coordinates cross-functional teams; and presents business cases to senior leadership. Requires strong influence, communication, ambiguity management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
