Regional Sales Manager will drive direct sales of precision measurement products across the Midwest, Northeast, and parts of eastern Canada. Responsibilities include lead generation, customer presentations and product demonstrations, sales negotiations, meeting targets, CRM reporting, travel planning, forecasting, and providing product-development feedback. The role requires technical industrial sales experience, measurement technology knowledge, manufacturing-industry familiarity, and the ability to demonstrate instruments and software at customer facilities.

Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing using Lean/TPS methods. Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, standardized work, 5S, and root cause analysis to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery. Train/coaching employees, analyze metrics, track KPIs, and partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to sustain improvements.
