The Product Manager will define and execute the product roadmap for Resident Engagement in property management, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring product adoption and success.

Support homeowner financial operations, account administration, collections, banking coordination, and real-estate closing support for HOAs. Process payoffs, estoppels, statements, change-of-ownership, and 1099/tax tasks. Coordinate with banks, title companies, attorneys, management teams, and internal accounting; monitor workflows and ensure compliance and timely responses.

Serve as a trusted client advisor and liaison to internal teams (AP/AR/Operations/Support). Manage and triage client requests via phone and ticketing, coordinate documentation for bank setups and reconciliations, track KPIs, resolve escalations, and ensure timely, transparent communication and excellent customer service.

Lead onboarding and adoption of Enumerate's digital payments platform. Guide clients through implementation, training, and 90-day post-launch engagement. Manage integrations with clients and third parties, monitor transaction penetration via reporting, collect payment metrics, optimize AR/AP processes, and coordinate with Customer Success, Support, and Project Managers to meet project deadlines.

Lead day-to-day AP/AR, homeowner accounting, collections, banking, estoppels, resale, and tax administration. Build KPIs, scale processes, drive automation (AI/OCR/RPA), manage teams, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
