Leads and develops a team of onboarding specialists while directly managing a limited client portfolio. Oversees onboarding milestones, monitors performance metrics, handles escalations, improves processes, and partners with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless client experience. Reports team and onboarding results to leadership and works remotely during EST hours.

Manage onboarding and data migration for financial services clients: plan implementations, build databases in CENTRAL, configure systems, establish banking/payment arrangements, coordinate teams/vendors, monitor performance, document processes, and serve as first escalation for clients.

Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor, handling requests, escalations, and customer support through phone and Zendesk. Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Operations, and Support teams to resolve issues, establish bank accounts, complete reconciliations, and provide timely communication. Track relationship KPIs, gather customer feedback, and prioritize work in a fast-paced remote environment.

Own full sales cycle for B2B SaaS customers: prospecting, qualification, presentations, negotiation, contracting, and closing. Build relationships, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success, maintain CRM records, mentor SDRs, and ensure smooth client migrations while demonstrating company values.
