Senior Accountant overseeing accounting operations, global payroll, financial reporting, compliance, audits, tax activities, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory reporting. The role requires strong US GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting, treasury, ERP, procurement, multi-currency accounting, and grant-finance expertise. This position supports the Controller, leads finance processes, manages teams, and provides financial guidance to company leadership.

Administer and improve hybrid, multi-cloud infrastructure across Windows, Linux, networking, identity, security, and endpoint environments. Troubleshoot advanced routing and connectivity, manage NAC and IAM, automate provisioning and infrastructure changes, remediate vulnerabilities, support compliance audits, resolve complex escalations, and maintain documentation. Collaborate with business teams to improve IT processes, tooling, reliability, security, and end-user experience.

Build and maintain quantum computer management systems, controls infrastructure, and calibration services. Own mission-critical software, collaborate with physicists and hardware engineers, and develop scalable, efficient systems. Responsibilities include debugging, troubleshooting, designing cloud-native microservices and event-driven architectures, working with scientific instrument data, and supporting system performance and operations.

Lead QuEra’s developer relations efforts for neutral-atom quantum software. Manage the open-source community, create code examples and technical documentation, run conferences and educational programs, and bring structured user feedback to engineering and product teams. The role requires Python development, quantum computing knowledge, technical writing, codebase debugging, GitHub collaboration, and the ability to explain evolving software and hardware workflows to researchers and advanced developers.

Design, architect, and deliver complex optical and opto-mechanical systems for neutral-atom quantum computers across R&D, productization, and maintenance. Collaborate with physicists and R&D, troubleshoot at headquarters and customer sites, advance engineering practices, and enable transition of scientific advances into manufacturable products.

Lead photonic and optoelectronic component tapeouts and build AI-driven development pipelines for quantum computing hardware. Responsibilities span device design, simulation, layout, testing, system experiments, foundry collaboration, PDK integration, and automation of engineering workflows. The role partners with multidisciplinary engineering and quantum science teams to accelerate photonic chip development and integrate components into fault-tolerant neutral-atom quantum systems.

The Optical Scientist will design and develop opto-mechanical systems, troubleshoot optical setups, and improve quantum computing technologies, collaborating across disciplines.

Develop and implement quantum error correction protocols and decoding algorithms, collaborating with academic and industry partners on a Rydberg atom quantum computer.
