Manage the development of Rondo's core product line, coordinate engineering teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain budget. Facilitate communication across departments and drive collaboration.

Lead design and integration of temperature, pressure, and flow instrumentation for high-temperature (up to 1500°C) industrial energy storage systems. Own sensor selection, thermocouple architectures, wiring/harness design, penetrations, electrical interfaces, BOMs, and documentation. Collaborate across thermal, refractory, insulation, structural, electrical, controls, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. Develop validation and commissioning strategies, resolve field issues, and drive continuous improvement and manufacturable instrumentation solutions.

The Site Manager oversees facility operations, maintenance, improvements, vendor management, and compliance in a pilot manufacturing environment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
