Founding platform engineering role to architect, build, and operate core platform systems (billing, integrations, Kubernetes/cloud infra, CI/CD, AI/LLM platform, observability). Own platform roadmap, mentor engineers, lead cross-team architecture, and diagnose/resolve production issues while establishing the Platform Engineering function.

Manage a portfolio of larger customer accounts as primary contact to drive retention, renewals, adoption, and expansion. Build success plans, monitor account health, forecast renewals, deliver training and strategic guidance, and coordinate with Support, Onboarding, and Product to ensure customer value and growth.

Lead design of EasyLlama's multi-product platform experiences, translating complex AI-driven architecture into intuitive systems. Define interaction models, embed trustworthy AI workflows, own design systems, run experiments with product and data teams, and drive measurable improvements in activation, engagement, retention, and expansion.
