Manage multiple industrial automation and supply chain bids from qualification through final submission. Own proposal schedules, facilitate reviews, guide stage-gate processes, track win strategies, identify and escalate risks, resolve technical or commercial blockers, and provide leadership with accurate pursuit status and confidence assessments. Lead large-scale material handling and automation projects from kickoff to closeout. Develop schedules in Microsoft Project, manage budgets, cash flow, forecasting, and billing. Direct cross-functional teams, communicate with customers and stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery and operational alignment.

Lead controls design and execution for material handling systems, develop electrical designs, program PLCs, mentor junior engineers, and manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Manage all engineering aspects of conveyor and material-handling projects: maintain engineering schedules and budgets, track change orders, lead vendor and supplier reviews, provide technical support, and produce drawings using AutoCAD/Navisworks.
