Manages onsite and offshore teams, assigns work, reviews deliverables, mentors team members, and builds consensus with customer stakeholders. Requires expertise in PLM deployments, enterprise applications, SQL Server, web technologies, data migration, Agile delivery, and project management. Travel is approximately 50%, primarily regionally.

Lead technical implementation teams to deploy ECAD-to-PLM solutions using the XPLM suite. Facilitate workshops, translate customer requirements into technical designs, deliver proofs-of-concept, produce SOWs and specifications, mentor team members, and coordinate onsite/offshore resources to ensure timely, Agile/Scrum-aligned deliveries.

Lead GTM business intelligence to turn fragmented Sales/Marketing/CS data into trusted insights and measurable outcomes. Drive data migration, cleanup, and platform adoption with IT, enable AI fluency and tool adoption across GTM, proactively design dashboards, and manage one technical direct report to improve funnel performance and win rates.

Support planning and execution of regional events, PR, customer marketing, and ABM campaigns across DACH. Coordinate with sales, agencies, and European teams to localize messaging, run digital campaigns, and manage lead hand-off to sales.
