Serve as the Test Definition Responsible Engineer for HLS, owning integrated and joint test plans, tracing requirements to verification, coordinating across test groups, mission operations, and partners, identifying test gaps and resources, providing IMS inputs, and mentoring technical teams through planning to production test operations.

Design and develop spacecraft guidance and flight control algorithms for lunar and cis-lunar missions. Perform trajectory and control trade studies, implement and test control laws in SIL/HIL and 6-DOF simulations using Rust/C/C++/Python, collaborate across subsystems, support requirements and interface definition, and produce analysis and data for reviews.

Manage and mentor a team of 4-8 CAD drafters while remaining a hands-on technical lead. Own complex 3D/2D CAD work in Creo and Windchill, drive MBD adoption, define CAD/PLM standards, manage change processes, coordinate external engineering services, and support ground support equipment, fluid, structural, and electrical design for launch/ test infrastructure.

Design, develop, commission, and improve specialized tooling for composite layup, bonding, assembly, and inspection. Collaborate with design, materials, and production teams, analyze manufacturing data to reduce cycle times, validate new tooling concepts and automation, document procedures, and train production technicians.

Design and develop RFICs and mixed-signal ASICs using Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre RF. Build analog models and verification methodologies, create and execute pre/post-silicon test plans, trade off noise/linearity/power, support lab integration and troubleshooting, resolve layout and timing issues, collaborate with systems/firmware/architecture teams, and adopt AI-based methods across design, simulation, verification, characterization, and manufacturing.
