Lead physical integration and packaging of structural, mechanical, fluids, and avionics subsystems for New Glenn. Create and release engineering drawings and models, define and manage payload interfaces and accommodations, support payload-specific mission integration through launch readiness, coordinate configuration reviews, and improve design-to-operations processes and linked datasets.

Support design, integration, and maintenance of instrumentation, data acquisition, and controls for engine test stands. Support the build, fabrication, assembly, and integration of test stands for engine and component test facilities, focusing on safety and continuous improvement.

Lead systems engineering and operations efforts for New Glenn's Upper Stage. Coordinate technical requirements, develop solutions, and oversee integrated testing for launch vehicles.

Serve as senior legal advisor to the TeraWave business unit, counseling on complex commercial and technology agreements, regulatory compliance (FCC, spectrum, ITU, ITAR/EAR), export controls, data privacy, and risk management. Draft and negotiate contracts, build templates and playbooks, manage outside counsel, and partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and operations.

Design and implement robust manufacturing processes for rocket engines, create work instructions and process documentation, evaluate and deploy manufacturing technologies, support root cause analysis and corrective actions, ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO9001, participate in FMEAs and production validation, and collaborate with design, quality, supply chain, and production teams to improve throughput, reduce cycle time, and enhance reliability.

Perform 1D–3D thermal and fluids analysis for spaceflight fluid systems, defining performance, requirements, sizing, and test criteria. Conduct propulsion/cryogenic trade studies, maintain models and documentation, present results, and collaborate with systems, design, and procurement teams across the product lifecycle from concept to flight.
