Lead Blue Origin's export/import compliance program: develop SOPs and policies, classify hardware/software (ECCNs, HTS), manage export/import licenses and authorizations, support audits, train stakeholders, and serve as technical liaison between engineering, supply chain, and regulatory agencies to ensure ITAR/EAR/CBP/OFAC compliance.

Lead verification planning and execution for complex ASIC/SoC digital subsystems. Develop UVM testbenches, reference models, scoreboards, protocol monitors, and assertions. Drive coverage closure, regression health, and verification signoff. Identify corner cases, collaborate across design, systems, DFT, firmware, and physical design, and support emulation, prototyping, and post-silicon debug.

Manage schedule adherence, budget performance, configuration/change control, and cross-functional coordination for MK2 vehicle deliverables. Maintain program metrics, reporting, and process improvements to support vehicle manager across product lifecycle, integration, build, and test.

Lead architecture, requirements, and verification for closed-loop motion control and electromechanical systems for space. Drive technical risk resolution, present to stakeholders, guide V&V and testing, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and test teams to ensure design-for-manufacturability and program success.

Design and develop industrial control systems, PLC/HMI applications, EGSE and umbilical systems; produce electrical schematics and assembly drawings; support fabrication, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and supplier design reviews for launch vehicle ground systems.

Lead a multidisciplinary team to design, develop, build, activate, and sustain test facilities, integrated test stands, and production fluid systems. Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensure safety via HAZOP/PHA processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, own technical decisions for high-pressure and cryogenic systems, and report status to senior leadership.

Provide high-level executive support to senior leaders: manage complex calendars, travel, confidential communications, expense reports, and event planning. Serve as a strategic partner on projects, improve workflows, coordinate across teams, and drive executive priorities while maintaining discretion and operational excellence.
