Establish, maintain, and enforce quality system processes in production. Perform audits to AS9100, approve manufacturing build documents, lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions, integrate quality with engineering/manufacturing, measure quality performance, and provide QA subject-matter expertise and training.

Design and implement robust manufacturing processes for rocket engines, create work instructions and process documentation, evaluate and deploy manufacturing technologies, support root cause analysis and corrective actions, ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO9001, participate in FMEAs and production validation, and collaborate with design, quality, supply chain, and production teams to improve throughput, reduce cycle time, and enhance reliability.

Lead design, development, verification, and integration of secure communications (COMSEC) electrical hardware. Produce schematics and PCB layouts, define verification/validation plans, support testing/troubleshooting, ensure compliance with security standards, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cybersecurity, software, and FPGA teams.
