Support quality system processes for development and production: verify product/process conformance, perform audits, lead root-cause and corrective actions, review build documents, support manufacturing inspections, and provide AS9100/ISO-aligned QA expertise to cross-functional teams.

The Specialist - Production Control will establish production control processes, manage inventory, evaluate schedules, and ensure material flow in a new manufacturing facility.

Serve as the primary external quality interface with government customers (NSSL, DCMA, NASA). Design, lead, and own analog, digital, and mixed-signal avionics circuit boards through full product lifecycle. Perform architecture trade studies, simulation, part selection, layout, prototyping, verification and qualification testing. Support FMECA/WCCA, DFx, root-cause analysis, mission assurance, and safety initiatives while communicating status and risks to management. Travel ~10%.

Design and implement SDN-driven networking for a large LEO/MEO satellite constellation. Develop routing, topology management, fast-reroute, traffic engineering, programmable datapaths, observability/telemetry, and self-healing logic while optimizing for latency, power, and mobility. Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with RF and silicon teams.

Design and implement SDN-driven network architecture for a multi-orbit satellite constellation. Develop routing, topology management, fast-reroute, traffic engineering, telemetry/observability, and packet-forwarding solutions optimized for time-varying LEO/MEO links, power and latency constraints. Collaborate with RF and silicon teams and mentor junior engineers.

Lead end-to-end design, analysis, fabrication, and flight qualification of high-frequency reflector antenna systems and mm-wave feed chains (71–86 GHz). Perform EM simulation, tolerance and thermal sensitivity studies, anechoic-chamber testing, vendor management, and cross-functional integration to meet stringent space RF requirements.

Design and verify FPGA-based modem and physical-layer implementations for space communications. Architect RTL for SoC FPGAs, implement DSP/modem functions, develop UVM/self-checking verification, perform timing closure and hardware bring-up, and support radiation-tolerant, high-reliability aerospace designs.

Lead full lifecycle ground system and fluid system capital projects at Blue Origin's Florida launch and manufacturing sites. Own scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change control; coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, CAD, facilities, supply chain, safety); serve as budget owner; support technical reviews (SRR/IDR/FDR/PAR); mentor junior PMs; track metrics and deliver integrated systems enabling engine, vehicle, and launch test objectives.
