Lead design and integration of perception algorithms and sensor fusion for autonomous navigation, targeting, and situational awareness. Define perception architecture and strategy, drive object detection/tracking/classification and real-time implementations, support HITL/SITL and flight testing, mentor engineers, and coordinate with GN&C, avionics, and systems teams to validate performance for on-orbit and national security missions.

Perform thermal and fluid systems analysis for the New Glenn launch vehicle across design, verification, flight operations, and sustaining engineering. Implement aerothermal, plume heating, and natural environment models, maintain analysis inputs/models/results, and document findings in reports and data books to support safe human-capable spaceflight.

Design and layout high-reliability avionics PCBs using Altium; develop and maintain eCAD component libraries; enforce IPC/DFM standards; perform SI/thermal/power delivery design and reviews; mentor junior layout resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturable designs.

Provide manufacturing engineering support for rocket engine test campaigns: create work instructions and test plans, manage hardware configuration and inventory, direct technicians, document and disposition non-conformances, perform root cause and corrective actions, support maintenance/inspection/repair, develop tooling and process improvements, and help manage cost, quality, and schedule for test hardware.

Serve as senior finance business partner for Engines, driving budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, cost modeling, and KPI reporting. Perform data mining and advanced analytics (Databricks, Redshift, SQL, Python, GenAI) to inform procurement, materials, labor, and production financials. Build financial models, present executive-level insights, mitigate financial risk, and mentor junior analysts to improve program financial health and decision-making.

Support and enforce quality system processes for aerospace products: verify product/process conformance, perform audits to AS9100, lead root-cause/corrective actions, review/approve manufacturing build documents, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop training, and improve quality metrics and processes.

Perform testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of launch vehicle hydraulic and pneumatic piping systems. Author and execute procedures and test plans, perform hazards analyses and system safety activities, oversee commissioning and in-field operations, troubleshoot piping/mechanical systems, and collaborate across disciplines. Occasional travel and second-shift work may be required.

Support New Glenn launch readiness by developing ground software requirements, writing sequencer code, creating controller panels, and operating assigned systems. Troubleshoot anomalies during time-critical operations, perform post-flight data review, and implement process improvements to support safe, reusable human-capable launch operations.

Perform testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of launch-related fluid systems (high-pressure gas, hydraulics, pneumatic, raw water, environmental control). Author and execute test and maintenance procedures, troubleshoot piping and mechanical systems, support safety and hazards analyses, and assist with commissioning and oversight of piping/pressure systems. Occasional travel and second-shift work may be required.

Manage and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers supporting New Glenn tank production. Oversee manufacturing plan development, work order authoring, DFMA/PFMEA studies, BOM/structure, process development, NPI support, cross-functional coordination, and compliance with company processes to prepare hardware for test, qualification, and flight.
