Own and grow a major OEM strategic account: create and execute long-term account strategy, coordinate global account teams, identify and capture growth opportunities, negotiate contracts and framework agreements, align R&D and roadmaps, drive executive-level engagement, and ensure predictable P&L results while strengthening multi-level customer relationships.

Drive sales growth and market expansion in assigned semiconductor OEM and end‑user accounts. Develop strategic account plans, identify product growth opportunities, provide technical guidance on INFICON products (gauges, ALD, sensors, FDC/industrial software), prepare quotes and forecasts, negotiate contracts, and support marketing and trade show engagement. Collaborate with segment leaders to set territory goals and provide market feedback to product teams.

Manage end-to-end employee benefits administration (enrollment, Open Enrollment, vendor relations, COBRA, leave programs) and HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data integrity, compliance, payroll partnership, and supporting affirmative action and People & Culture projects.

Process invoices, expenses, and payment runs in the ERP system; code transactions; reconcile vendor accounts; resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders; audit corporate cards; administer employee reimbursements; and support month-end and year-end close, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.

Lead and coordinate logistics operations including supplier/carrier management, inventory control, data analysis, documentation, and team supervision. Resolve transportation issues, negotiate rates, and implement projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Act as a strategic HR business partner to leaders across designated units: advise on workforce planning, talent and performance management, leadership coaching, change management, employee relations, compensation, inclusion, and people analytics. Drive organizational design, succession planning, HR programs, and ensure compliance with employment laws while using HRIS and analytics to inform decisions and build future-ready capability.

Lead end-to-end electrical and embedded systems design for new products and sustaining engineering: schematic capture, high-density PCB layout, DSP/MCU/FPGA integration, EMI/EMC and power management, prototype iteration, field troubleshooting, and cross-functional Agile delivery.

Build and maintain iOS and Android apps that pair with HVAC/R tools over BLE, Wi‑Fi, and NFC. Implement offline-first architectures, streaming sensor data, OTA firmware flows, and AI-assisted features. Collaborate with firmware, UX, product, and field technicians to deliver reliable, low-power mobile experiences and SDKs for third-party integrations.
