The FP&A Manager leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, variance analysis, and KPI development across a multi-state organization. The role partners with operations, technology, enrollment, customer support, and leadership to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, improve processes, automate analyses, and strengthen financial systems and data accuracy. Responsibilities include scenario modeling, pricing and program economics analysis, state transition support, and long-term planning.

Conducts enrollment for individuals and their support networks, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, confidential, and HIPAA-compliant. Identifies process improvements and performs outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and service accessibility.

Leads regional enrollment strategy and execution, manages enrollment staff, generates referrals, builds relationships with case managers and partner agencies, conducts enrollment presentations, resolves process issues, and communicates enrollment status. Supports business development, staffing, training, scheduling, recognition programs, process-improvement projects, operational planning, and reporting.

Provides phone-based support to individuals self-directing their care and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include maintaining call records, preparing and returning documents through DocuSign and email, managing document systems, supporting DocuSign issues, meeting audit and compliance standards, reviewing timesheets, tracking time, completing payroll checklists, reducing errors, and resolving rejected timesheet issues collaboratively.

Leads the accounting organization and owns accurate, timely financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, audit readiness, internal controls, AP and cash operations. The Controller develops managers, strengthens accountability, documents processes, resolves recurring issues, supports ERP and automation improvements, and builds a scalable accounting operating model. This role partners with the CFO, auditors, finance, tax, payroll, operations, IT, executives, lenders, and private equity stakeholders.

Provides front-desk and administrative support by answering calls, greeting visitors, handling mail and packages, preparing documents and reports, processing records, maintaining office supplies and electronic files, coordinating equipment repairs, and assisting with project-based work.

The Enrollment Specialist conducts enrollment processes for consumers and their support circles, ensures documentation accuracy, and recommends improvements while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Lead and manage the regional enrollment team to drive referrals and enrollments; cultivate relationships with case managers and referring agencies; oversee end-to-end enrollment processing; train participants and staff on GT tools (DocuSign, GT Enroll, GT Caregiver App); manage staffing, performance feedback, process improvements, and operational reporting to meet growth goals.

The Enrollment Leader oversees a team of Enrollment Specialists, ensuring effective enrollment services and communication with customers, while providing coaching and performance feedback.

Manage end-to-end launch and enablement for product and technology releases: create readiness plans, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, develop training and communications, track milestones/risks, run readiness reviews, and oversee post-launch adoption and continuous improvement.
