Participates in new product introduction by coordinating field trials, product releases, deployments, readiness activities, knowledge transfer, and technical training. The role gathers customer and market requirements, supports product roadmaps and documentation, assists with competitor analysis, manages issue escalation, standardizes deployments, and helps regional teams adopt new mining technologies. It requires strong mining experience, technical communication, documentation, analytical skills, and up to 25% regional and international travel.

Lead global hardware reliability and support for mining hardware: liaise between product development and regional repair teams, provide Tier 2 technical/deployment support, deliver regional training, validate and document technical procedures, and feed operational learnings into product and process improvements to increase reliability and supportability.

Own and continuously improve the ISO 27001-aligned ISMS, manage control frameworks, audits, remediation, and risk treatment. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, maintain certification readiness, produce compliance reporting, and support incident response and supplier assurance.
