Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and professional roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume review, phone screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer support, pre-employment screening, onboarding, ATS maintenance, recruiting events, employer branding, compliance, and hiring metrics. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.

Lead daily marketing operations, translate strategy into executable projects, manage and develop the marketing team, run integrated campaigns (digital, content, events, proposals, podcasts), track performance and dashboards, support marketing technology and automation, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Ops, and ensure on-brand, compliant materials to drive growth and marketing-influenced pipeline.

Provide administrative support for benefits operations: answer employee benefits inquiries, administer enrollments and LOAs, assist open enrollment and new-hire orientation, maintain HRIS benefits data, ensure compliance with HIPAA/FMLA/other regulations, coordinate wellness events, and partner with payroll for deductions.

Handle healthcare billing back-office tasks: review and update accounts from clients and internal staff, submit insurance billing requests, process itemized statements and correspondence, research missing payments and disputed accounts, facilitate adjustments and cash transfers, and draft settlement/verification letters. Use Excel and Microsoft Word regularly.
