The Insurance Follow-Up Specialist will manage insurance claims, follow up with providers, resolve issues, and ensure accurate billing documentation for timely payments.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and professional roles: source candidates, review resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, assist with offers, pre-employment screenings, onboarding, hiring manager partnership, employer branding, and recruiting events.

Process and manage litigated patient accounts by contacting attorneys, collecting and documenting account information, researching and resolving inquiries, following compliance procedures, diffusing upset callers, and educating stakeholders on repayment options.

Support HR operations including new hire onboarding, I-9/E-Verify processing, HRIS/UKG task management, background screening coordination, employee record maintenance, separations, HR inbox support, employee communications, and HR project assistance while delivering strong customer service.

Provide administrative support for benefits operations: answer employee benefits inquiries, administer enrollments and LOAs, assist open enrollment and new-hire orientation, maintain HRIS benefits data, ensure compliance with HIPAA/FMLA/other regulations, coordinate wellness events, and partner with payroll for deductions.
