Manages the North American strategy, performance, and lifecycle of assigned technical product portfolios. Identifies growth opportunities through customer, market, competitive, and financial analysis; recommends portfolio changes, pricing strategies, and product enhancements; and supports new product development and launches. Partners with global product management and cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. Maintains dashboards, supports forecasting, and drives revenue and profitability improvements.

Develops and executes integrated engagement marketing campaigns across portfolio, residential, channel, and business-unit initiatives. Creates project briefs, coordinates cross-functional teams and vendors, develops messaging and layouts, and manages content calendars across SEO, paid search, social, email, digital, and offline channels. Writes and edits content, supports SEO execution, and tracks organic traffic, rankings, engagement, and content pipeline metrics to produce performance reports and inform strategy.

Supervises general accounting, accounts payable, cash application, tax reporting, audits, and internal controls. Oversees month-end close, general ledger accuracy, reconciliations, financial reporting, sales and use tax filings, and audit support. Manages accounting staff through coaching, development, reviews, and recruiting while ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance, timely deadlines, accurate records, and continuous process improvements.

Leads new product initiatives from market ideation through engineering, prototyping, validation, and manufacturing launch. Develops SolidWorks CAD models and drawings, applies DFM principles, conducts FEA and qualification testing, creates product specifications and business cases, benchmarks competitors, and manages engineering changes, supplier transitions, and cost-reduction projects.

Lead R&D for industrial process automation products (sensors, electronics, controls, embedded software, mechanics). Drive product strategy, IP and roadmap, manage global engineering teams and external partners, establish engineering processes and metrics, and ensure product development from requirements through launch and sustaining.

Lead North American compensation, benefits, recognition and well-being programs, ensuring legal compliance and market competitiveness. Manage vendor relationships, oversee Workday benefits modules, administer open enrollment and regulatory filings, support compensation structures and pay processes, and coach a local Total Rewards team while partnering with global COE and business stakeholders to align programs and drive continuous improvement.

Design and sustain electrical systems across product lifecycle, develop analog and high-speed/RF circuits and layouts, run EVT verification testing, troubleshoot and test assemblies using lab instruments, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet certifications and customer requirements.

Coordinate and document product shipments, process inbound receiving, schedule customer pickups, create pick tickets, generate delivery notes and invoices, audit freight bills, coordinate freight, assist with cycle counts and inventory, process stock transfers, and communicate carrier/customer feedback.

Designs, models, tests, and validates new and existing products; performs lab assembly and testing, records results, maintains lab equipment and notebooks, ensures regulatory and quality compliance, and supports production and product teams.
