Leads engineering product development projects across mechanical, hardware, software, and systems disciplines. Coordinates requirements, technical specifications, schedules, dependencies, vendors, OEMs, customers, and cross-functional teams. Removes roadblocks, drives accountability, manages project launches, releases engineering artifacts, communicates progress to leadership, and promotes project management best practices. Also leads engineering quotations and develops product business cases.

Manufacturing Engineer responsible for improving production flow, yield, uptime, equipment performance, and process capability. Leads continuous improvement initiatives, resolves quality issues, supports 8D and RMA responses, develops control plans and FMEAs, and mentors production support engineers. Works closely with production and cross-functional teams to address technical problems and meet customer requirements on the manufacturing floor.

Supports selection, evaluation, supplier coordination, and lifecycle management of electronic components. Collaborates with design, manufacturing, and quality teams on troubleshooting, new product introductions, manufacturability, cost optimization, component changes, reliability analysis, and failure assessments. Maintains component data and supports APQP and PPAP activities while monitoring industry and manufacturing trends.

Supports electronic component selection, supplier evaluation, database maintenance, lifecycle management, and quality processes. Collaborates with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to troubleshoot component issues, support product introductions, optimize designs, and manage changes such as PCNs, EOLs, VAVE, and allocation. Performs basic reliability and failure analyses, including MTBF, FTA, FMEA, and DRBFM, while ensuring technical, quality, cost, and timeline requirements are met.

Support marketing-related logistics by managing warehouse operations, inventory, shipping/receiving, and documentation. Coordinate shipments, track and escalate issues, maintain supplier and carrier records, assist with reports and carrier analyses, support process improvements and special projects, and collaborate across teams to ensure timely, accurate movement of marketing assets.

Provide day-to-day legal advice within assigned practice areas; draft, review, and negotiate agreements and policies; support transactions, due diligence, and compliance; conduct legal research; develop templates and guidance; escalate issues to senior attorneys; collaborate cross-functionally and support Legal Department projects.

Perform FEA simulations and analyses to support mechanical product design. Build and run finite element models, document and communicate results, correlate with test data, maintain simulation databases, participate in design reviews, and improve simulation workflows.

Support communications department projects: create internal and external content (app, newsletter, intranet, blog), assist social media, digital signage, and collaborate on deliverables while practicing accountability, efficiency, and company policies.

Define, document, refine, and review system and software requirements from regulatory, customer, and internal sources. Communicate status, provide technical input, and ensure requirements are detailed for designers and verifiers. Execute requirements engineering processes and collaborate across engineering, validation, and manufacturing teams.

Process high-volume invoices, verify against POs, support weekly payment runs, perform accruals and journal entries, research discrepancies, monitor freight charges, ensure policy compliance, and mentor new AP team members.
