The Paralegal supports Legal & Compliance Teams in managing insurance regulations, litigation, document retention, and corporate governance duties, ensuring compliance with laws.

Partner with the Regional Vice President to drive annuity and life insurance sales to financial institutions via proactive outreach, webinars, phone presentations, Salesforce pipeline management, and cross-team support to meet territory goals.

Support Regional VPs and sales leadership by providing proactive sales support to independent agents and marketers. Conduct outbound/inbound sales calls, create presentations and marketing plans, analyze market/competitive intelligence, assist with escalations, run training webinars, and support sales initiatives to grow product sales and market share. Travel is minimal (10-20%).

Lead pricing and profitability management for annuity and life products; manage and mentor actuarial staff; develop pricing models, set assumptions, conduct profit testing, support filings, and partner cross-functionally to launch and monitor products.

Lead and develop actuarial staff while overseeing modeling and valuation for life and annuity products. Manage ALFA-based system conversions, cash flow testing, ALM and reserve analyses, enhance automation and controls, support audits and regulatory reporting, and collaborate with Finance, Investments, and Accounting to deliver accurate actuarial results.

The Paralegal supports Legal & Compliance Teams with regulatory matters, drafting legal documents, managing litigation, and ensuring compliance with state laws.

The Actuary will lead the valuation and modeling function, manage a team, oversee financial reporting, and ensure compliance in collaboration with various stakeholders.
