Develops new commercial banking business across deposits, loans, and treasury services while managing customer relationships and an active loan portfolio. Conducts prospecting, sales, community outreach, pricing, and profitability activities. Monitors covenants, borrowing bases, renewals, collections, risk ratings, and post-closing loan accuracy. Collaborates with credit and branch teams on underwriting, customer service, coaching, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Provides first-call resolution for retail banking and basic commercial inquiries through phone, email, secure messaging, and chat. Supports online banking, debit cards, mobile deposit, bill pay, telephone banking, payments, transfers, and account transactions.
