Processes daily ACH receipts, returns, exceptions, notifications, settlements, reconciliations, disputes, and client inquiries in compliance with NACHA Rules, Federal Reserve guidelines, banking regulations, and bank policies. Reviews OFAC reports, prepares operational documentation and reports, identifies compliance risks, supports audits and special projects, and provides accurate internal and external customer service.

Performs back-office banking operations, including reports, legal orders, tax corrections, rate adjustments, deposit verifications, and internal controls. Supports branch personnel, manages inquiries, resolves operational issues, maintains compliance with banking regulations, and identifies process improvements. The role also handles department communications, system maintenance, reporting, and training activities while protecting bank assets and customer information.

Engineers and optimizes information security controls across on-premises and cloud environments. Configures security technologies, monitors and responds to incidents, conducts vulnerability assessments, analyzes logs and network traffic, and develops Python or PowerShell automation. Supports security architecture, risk assessments, audits, regulatory compliance, documentation, and control validation. Provides technical guidance to analysts and participates in an on-call rotation for critical security events.

Supports bank escrow operations by preparing instructions and transaction documents, reviewing title reports, safeguarding and disbursing funds, processing payoffs, coordinating recordings and closings, reconciling escrow files, and maintaining accurate records. The role communicates with customers, lenders, attorneys, and title companies while ensuring compliance with banking regulations, escrow guidelines, confidentiality requirements, and internal controls.

Performs centralized banking operations, including operational reporting, branch support, legal order processing, Positive Pay exceptions, tax reporting corrections, rate and interest adjustments, deposit verifications, and inbox management. Maintains internal controls, supports regulatory compliance, identifies process improvements, resolves operational issues, and provides guidance and training to branch personnel. Requires strong banking operations knowledge, analytical ability, accuracy, communication skills, and experience with banking systems and Microsoft Office.

Supports IT governance through policy and procedure oversight, first-line risk management, ITGC control testing, vendor and third-party risk activities, audit and regulatory support, IT communications, asset management, procurement, and CMDB maintenance. Manages IT purchasing from purchase order creation through invoice processing and helps maintain vendor certifications, contracts, and service agreements. Requires strong communication, discretion, Microsoft Office proficiency, IT service and asset management knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Processes and services commercial loans by verifying borrower documentation, reviewing entity authorities, ordering underwriting due diligence, preparing loan documents, coordinating closings, maintaining Laserfiche files, monitoring post-closing requirements and covenants, and supporting loan officers and branches. Ensures compliance with banking regulations, CIP/CDD, BSA/AML, and internal policies while providing customer service and resolving discrepancies. Maintains an active Notary Commission and performs notarizations as needed.

Leads bank payment operations across ACH, RTP, FedNow, wires, Zelle, and emerging payment channels. Oversees compliance, risk assessments, audits, reconciliations, exceptions, reporting, controls, process improvement, automation, and payment system enhancements. Manages payment operations staff, training, budgeting, and cross-functional initiatives with Operations, IT, Risk, Treasury, and business teams. Ensures adherence to NACHA, BSA, AML, OFAC, Regulation E, and other applicable requirements.

Provides religious banking client services, including account opening and maintenance, complex issue resolution, customer research, transaction processing, reconciliations, operational reporting, and regulatory compliance. Coordinates with management, handles escalated concerns, approves transactions and fee adjustments within authority, supports internal controls, and trains staff on policies and procedures. Requires strong communication, judgment, problem-solving, and customer service skills in an office-based environment.
