Lead client AI transformation engagements from discovery through implementation. Develop AI strategies and roadmaps, apply product management practices to prioritize and deliver solutions, collaborate with engineering and data teams, participate in Agile delivery, mentor consultants, support business development, and ensure successful, timely delivery of AI and analytics solutions.

Leads the Employee Benefits Tax practice, serving as senior technical authority on deferred compensation, executive compensation, equity awards, retirement and welfare benefits. Advises clients on tax compliance, reporting, risk mitigation, compensation structuring, and M&A transactions. Reviews plan documents and filings, manages key client relationships, develops business, mentors professionals, conducts training, and supports recruiting and practice growth.

Lead and supervise FEMA-related consulting engagements supporting state/local disaster recovery programs. Ensure FEMA and 2 CFR 200 compliance, manage financial and accounting activities, expedite disaster closeouts, support business development, and guide team growth and quality of client deliverables. May involve travel and extended hours.

Lead international tax compliance and planning for financial services and asset management clients. Review complex international tax forms, prepare CFC, GILTI, PFIC, FTC, FIRPTA, and treaty analyses, advise on cross-border transactions, manage client relationships, supervise and train staff, develop tax alerts, and stay current on evolving tax regulations and rulings.

Senior business development executive responsible for nationally originating high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth private client relationships. Drives $1.2 million in annual new business through wealth management firms, private banks, RIAs, family offices, trust companies, and professional advisors. Leads pursuits, pitches, pricing, negotiations, pipeline forecasting, and CRM documentation while partnering with tax, estate planning, and family office specialists. Provides market intelligence, develops cross-referral strategies, and mentors professionals on private wealth business development.
