ConsultAdd is seeking IT/software professionals (4+ years experience) for H-1B sponsorship and US relocation. Candidates need a four‑year degree, strong communication, hands‑on technical experience, and willingness to travel/support US client projects.

Design, develop, and maintain websites and web/desktop applications using frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, .NET, and Python. Implement front-end with HTML/CSS, work with MySQL/Oracle databases, manage client relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure site optimization and high customer satisfaction.
