Lead and manage complex incident response engagements (ransomware, breaches, insider threats, cloud compromises). Provide executive briefings, direct forensics, containment, eradication, and recovery. Oversee deliverables, develop playbooks, mentor staff, support business development, and ensure legal and regulatory evidentiary requirements are met.

Lead detection, triage, containment, investigation, and remediation of security incidents. Lead and execute third-party information security assessments, validate controls, perform site visits, assess cloud deployments and compliance frameworks, document risks and remediation, deliver executive reporting, manage project teams and timelines, mentor staff, and support client relationships and business development.

Support D365 ERP implementation projects for manufacturing and distribution clients by assisting with scope management, client communication, requirements gathering, progress reporting, team alignment, and barrier removal. Act as central delivery coordinator, lead team-building, and develop client/internal relationships while traveling frequently and learning cloud and emerging technologies.
