Senior mechanical engineer responsible for powertrain subsystem design, specifications, qualification planning, risk analysis, DFMEA, DVP&R, testing, supplier collaboration, regulatory standards, and engineering change management. The role leads cross-functional projects, develops technology roadmaps, resolves customer issues, mentors engineering personnel, and drives predictable project execution across electric and internal combustion vehicle programs.

Lead cross-functional teams through the phase-gate process to deliver new Club Car products from concept to launch. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, staffing, product costs, CAPEX, and market requirements. Communicate project status to senior leadership and steering committees, develop customer and sponsor relationships, escalate issues, and improve project processes through lessons learned.

Supports the Commercial Finance team through daily floorplan credit reviews, order approvals, lease transaction validation, payoff and trade payment coordination, lender communications, order and database updates, reconciliations, and recurring finance reports. Maintains compliance with GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley controls, and company procedures while collaborating with Accounts Payable, Sales, lenders, and internal teams.
