Provides confidential, independent administrative and logistical support to Corporate Turnaround and Engineering leadership. Responsibilities include coordinating travel and onsite events, onboarding, meetings, budgets, expense tracking, procurement, invoices, SharePoint governance, reporting, conference planning, and cross-functional communication. The role also supports strategic initiatives, maintains internal controls, and coordinates activities across multiple sites and geographic locations.

Administers and supports enterprise network, server, storage, backup, identity, and operational technology infrastructure. Configures, upgrades, monitors, and troubleshoots hardware, software, applications, databases, and network equipment. Provides advanced user support, manages incidents through resolution, coordinates remediation with internal teams and vendors, and participates in safety, emergency response, turnaround, and after-hours support activities.

Manages global general accounting activities, including journal entries, fixed assets, payroll, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, and government reporting. Leads accounting process improvements, policy implementation, controls, and special projects while supervising and developing six individual contributors and three supervisors. Partners with corporate departments, plant accounting teams, auditors, and other stakeholders.

Leads sourcing strategies, contract lifecycle management, supplier selection, negotiations, contractor performance, purchase orders, and commercial risk mitigation for a major industrial project. Manages contract administration, claims, disputes, supplier mobilization, compliance, and performance while advising project leadership and coordinating with legal, engineering, construction, and procurement stakeholders.

Manages HRIT systems, primarily Workday and related HR technologies. Leads strategic planning, system design, configuration, implementation, support, and operational performance. Oversees IT projects, budgets, deadlines, architecture, quality assurance, and vendor collaboration. Serves as the primary Workday liaison between HR business leaders and IT while supervising, developing, and recruiting professional staff.

Leads procurement strategy, sourcing, negotiations, contracting, supplier management, and procure-to-pay compliance for manufacturing sites. Supports capital projects, plant turnarounds, inventory optimization, risk management, supplier qualification, and continuous improvement. Partners with stakeholders, suppliers, and plant leadership to reduce costs, improve supplier performance, maintain reliable supply, and implement procurement best practices across North America.

Leads the Project Engineering team and multidisciplinary capital projects at a nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing site. Responsibilities include project scoping, business cases, scheduling, execution, Management of Change, capital forecasting, contractor oversight, technical evaluations, turnaround support, and long-term capital planning. Develops engineers and ensures projects improve safety, reliability, efficiency, production, and regulatory compliance.

Supervise Project Engineers and contract staff responsible for capital projects supporting plant turnarounds. Manage budgets, estimates, schedules, technical designs, construction packages, vendor coordination, safety and regulatory compliance, and project execution across chemical manufacturing units. Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, EHSS, Procurement, and external design and fabrication firms. Provide status updates, resolve technical issues, improve turnaround processes, and develop direct reports.

Leads enterprise FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance reviews, variance analysis, financial modeling, capital allocation, and scenario planning. Partners with executives, business units, commercial teams, manufacturing, and engineering to identify growth and margin opportunities. Presents financial insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders while improving forecasting and reporting processes. Leads and develops the corporate FP&A team.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles: source, screen, interview, and hire candidates; build talent pools and recruitment marketing; manage ATS records and hiring metrics; advise hiring managers on compliance and selection; prepare and negotiate offers; lead onboarding orientation and HR projects to improve time-to-fill and candidate experience.
