Lead a team responsible for tax reporting, compliance, and distribution planning across investment vehicles. As a Lead Data Architect, you'll drive technology strategy and architecture for data platforms, ensuring scalability, resilience, and AI readiness while evaluating emerging technologies and providing thought leadership.

Lead and coach a team of internal sales associates to increase sales and retain assets. Align site and field sales activities with division strategy, provide performance feedback, develop sales capability, partner with sales coaches, and drive strategic initiatives and goals.

Support setup and maintenance of retail, institutional, SMA, and PCS client accounts; become SME on post-trade platforms; review account enablement work for accuracy and risk; research and resolve operational issues with custodians and third parties; lead issue triage, improve processes, and produce reporting/analytics.

Partner with regional and hybrid sales teams to present and expand adoption of Capital Group/American Funds ETF and SMA strategies. Provide point-of-sale expertise, lead advisor education and communications, represent the firm at events, and relay field insights to Product and Marketing. Role requires extensive travel and licensed wholesaling experience.
