Assess and monitor hedge fund counterparty credit risk, independently review credit proposals and risk ratings, evaluate collateral and legal terms, perform stress testing, identify emerging risks, and prepare portfolio analysis, dashboards, and risk committee materials. The role ensures credit decisions comply with internal policies, risk appetite, and regulatory expectations while providing objective oversight of capital markets exposures.

Manage and administer authentication, PAM, and identity governance systems; integrate IAM into CI/CD with DevSecOps; enforce cloud security policies (AWS/Azure/GCP); support incident response; document configurations and advise IT teams; automate identity governance and workflows using AI where applicable.

Lead development and support for post-trade systems, delivering greenfield and brownfield projects. Troubleshoot production issues, perform maintenance and upgrades, collaborate with cross-functional teams, document designs, participate in code reviews, and propose process improvements to ensure high system uptime and product delivery.

Lead and maintain the FCM and Introducing Brokers compliance program, ensure CFTC/CME rule adherence, manage regulatory exams and reporting, enhance surveillance and control frameworks, perform risk-based testing, advise business and tech teams, and deliver targeted compliance training.

Perform quality assurance reviews of CDD/KYC files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance; identify gaps, provide actionable feedback, document findings, and support process improvements alongside Compliance, AML, and Operations.

Develop and maintain backend and web-based applications for equities compliance reporting. Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, caching, and messaging solutions; work in an Agile team, ensure code quality, and support cloud containerized deployments.

Provide administrative and operational support for the Equity & Partnership team including workflow initiation, data entry/validation, recurring and ad‑hoc reporting, basic data analysis, deadline tracking, process improvement, shared mailbox and dashboard management, and general team support to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Lead creation of consumer-focused digital content using generative AI and creative technologies across social platforms. Produce AI-generated video, motion graphics, animated assets, and performance-driven ads. Collaborate with marketing, brand, and business teams to translate financial concepts into engaging content, optimize for engagement and conversion, and ensure brand and regulatory compliance while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
