Lead growth initiatives by shaping BD strategy, researching markets, cultivating client and partner relationships, supporting proposals/RFPs, coordinating cross-functional pursuits, tracking pipeline and event ROI, and mentoring BD best practices to drive new business in AEC and professional services.
