Manages daily cash settlement and liquidity activities with Federal Reserve and correspondent banks. Performs complex reconciliations, account analysis, journal entries, regulatory reporting, and discrepancy resolution. Prospects, quotes, and sells personal property, casualty, and benefits insurance accounts while meeting sales goals. Manages client relationships, renewals, retention, coverage reviews, policy changes, documentation, payments, referrals, and carrier communications.
