Partners with Finance, Risk, IT, Compliance, and project teams to deliver data-driven solutions. Monitors implementation outcomes, influences stakeholder priorities, supports regulatory alignment, and provides subject matter guidance to less experienced analysts.

Leads technical delivery of cost basis management solutions as a hands-on engineer and informal team lead. Designs scalable cloud-native platforms, builds CI/CD pipelines, resolves complex tax-lot and cost-basis issues, mentors engineers, supports regulatory compliance, and coordinates cross-functional delivery. Integrates AI/ML capabilities for anomaly detection, reconciliation, workflow automation, and tax operations.

Owns product strategy, roadmap, requirements, workflows, testing, and delivery for retail alternative investment solutions. Partners with engineering, clients, sales, marketing, and client services to develop scalable back-office capabilities, manage change requests, support releases, and address complex operational issues across private equity, private credit, hedge funds, REITs, and interval funds.
