Coordinates shipping, receiving, inventory control, and transportation activities. Responsibilities include processing domestic and international shipments, preparing documentation, working with carriers and 3PLs, generating reports and pick lists, managing WMS/ERP data, conducting cycle counts, resolving inventory discrepancies, and coordinating dock appointments. The role also involves pallet-jack material handling, cost analysis, and communication with customer service, manufacturing, purchasing, vendors, and shipping teams.

Responds to customer inquiries through calls, chats, and emails; documents issues, routes concerns, handles order questions, and reports vendor-related problems.
