Prepare and review initial disclosures and redisclosures within TRID deadlines; validate loan data, fees, forms, and compliance reports; manage disclosure dashboards, certifications, verifications, and fraud checks; communicate discrepancies to originators and marketing teams; maintain procedures and ensure loans comply with regulatory, agency, investor, and BankPlus requirements.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains automation workflows, scripts, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions across business departments. Partners with stakeholders to define requirements, monitors deployed automations, troubleshoots issues, documents technical processes, and identifies process-improvement opportunities while following enterprise architecture and security standards.

Supports commercial lending relationships by coordinating loan processing, closing, funding, documentation, customer communications, scheduling, and file maintenance. Prepares advances, renewals, extensions, amendments, payoff letters, and collateral filings; resolves credit and collateral exceptions; compiles credit information; and ensures compliance with bank policies and federal regulations. The role also supports product cross-selling, customer service, reporting, and departmental operations.

Supports poultry lending operations by coordinating loan documentation, renewals, advances, closings, collateral, compliance, government-guaranteed lending requirements, customer communications, and servicing reports. The role works with borrowers, loan officers, credit teams, attorneys, insurers, and poultry integrators while maintaining accurate loan files and regulatory documentation. It also supports FSA and SBA submissions, bank system setup, exception tracking, and occasional site visits or industry meetings.

Provides onsite and remote support for Windows hardware, software, PCs, servers, and peripherals. Troubleshoots system, network, and performance issues; manages imaging, IT assets, documentation, monitoring, ticket escalation, and process automation. Supports cybersecurity and vulnerability management, disaster recovery testing, equipment recommendations, and end-user service. Requires communication with technical and non-technical users, regulatory compliance awareness, independent work, and on-call or after-hours availability.

Provides customer support for BankPlus products and services through phone, email, web chat, and accessibility channels. Assists with account and card requests, researches issues, processes transactions, makes product referrals, and cross-sells banking services. Maintains compliance with privacy, banking, and regulatory policies while handling customer information. Participates in team meetings, completes required training, and supports flexible scheduling and daily service deadlines.
