Reviews technical requirements, statements of work, vendor proposals, pricing, solicitations, modifications, and purchase orders for compliance. Evaluates technology-related procurements and applies federal acquisition regulations, negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills. The role requires technical understanding of networking, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, IPAM, DNS/DHCP, and telecommunications without hands-on engineering responsibilities.
