Lead production and maintenance of airport-related geospatial data, maps, and metadata. Design and manage GIS databases and Esri-based architecture, develop scripts and ETL processes, process GPS data, perform QA and cartography, support CAD/BIM conversions, and manage GIS projects while staying current on GIS/CAD/BIM tools and representing the firm at industry events.

Support licensed mechanical (HVAC) engineers by learning and applying basic psychrometrics, preparing design documents, drafting in AutoCAD/Revit, performing heating/cooling/ventilation calculations, analyzing codes/standards, attending project meetings, and assisting with product selection and plumbing tasks as needed.

Lead electrical design for building/facility systems including medium-voltage substations, switchgear, transformers, distribution, and equipment connections. Manage project teams, review drawings/specs, perform engineering studies, support construction administration, ensure code compliance, and maintain client relationships while meeting schedule, budget, and quality goals.

Lead regional business development and client account management across the Western U.S.; develop and execute regional growth strategy; manage client relationships, proposals, contract negotiation, project delivery and quality; coordinate internal resources, serve as project executive, meet regional sales goals, and represent the firm at industry events and pursuits.
