Lead AgriSompo's livestock insurance business unit end-to-end: set strategy, own P&L, direct underwriting and claims operations, prioritize technology and analytics, manage agency/distribution relationships, oversee risk management including hedging and derivatives, forecast markets, and drive growth and profitability.

Support development and validation of the in-house reserving platform, manage and validate reserving data, run quarterly reserving processes and reports (including Solvency II), liaise with stakeholders, troubleshoot SRP data anomalies, and act as ResQ SME to improve reserving efficiency.

Lead ownership and delivery of the Guidewire Policy Center platform: architect, scale, and operate policy processing. Manage onshore/offshore teams, deliver commercial insurance products, drive automation (CI/CD), integrations, incident response, monitoring, and technical governance while partnering with stakeholders and vendors.

Build and maintain relationships with independent crop insurance agents to grow and service profitable business. Train agents and peers on regulations, tools and platforms; analyze agent performance; support marketing and compliance; resolve agent issues; and travel extensively to meet agents and attend trainings.

Lead and execute risk-based internal audits across insurance operations (underwriting, claims, operations). Assess control design and operating effectiveness, perform financial control testing, leverage data analytics, report findings, drive remediation, engage stakeholders, and support continuous improvement of audit methodology and automation.
