Drive growth by building and maintaining relationships with independent crop insurance agents across an assigned territory. Serve as primary contact for agents, interpret Federal Crop Insurance regulations, deliver trainings, investigate and resolve agent issues, support marketing and forecasting, monitor agent performance and compliance, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to retain and grow profitable business. Provide first-tier HRIS support for Workday (HCM, Benefits, Payroll), manage tickets, perform system testing and audits, assist end-user training, gather reporting requirements, document processes, and support HR systems projects to ensure smooth HR operations.

Perform assumed reinsurance accounting: analyze and maintain treaty accounts, process contingent commissions and adjustments, ensure data quality in reinsurance systems, manage receivables, liaise with brokers, underwriting, claims and cash teams, and support projects and account reconciliations.

Lead and execute risk-based internal audits across insurance operations (underwriting, claims, operations). Assess control design and operating effectiveness, perform financial control testing, leverage data analytics, report findings, drive remediation, engage stakeholders, and support continuous improvement of audit methodology and automation.

Manage a team of underwriting assistants for Inland Marine: hire, train, monitor metrics, streamline workflows, support quotes/binders/policy issuance, ensure audit compliance, collaborate with underwriters and partners, and manage monthly premium bookings and overdue premium processes.

Lead North America Internal Audit for U.S. insurance operations. Oversee risk-based audit planning and execution, SOX and regulatory alignment, stakeholder and Audit Committee reporting, audit remediation tracking, methodology improvements, data analytics initiatives, and talent development across a multi-entity, matrixed environment.
