Develop new prospects, manage customer accounts, and grow sales and margins for low-voltage products and services. Responsibilities include territory forecasting, account planning, cold calling, needs assessment, product demonstrations, proposals, quotations, supplier collaboration, relationship management, and post-sale issue resolution. The role requires extensive travel to customer and supplier sites, strong product knowledge, sales negotiation, presentation skills, and mentoring of sales team members.

Creates orders, markets products and value-added services, qualifies opportunities, monitors performance metrics, shares competitive and industry insights, and collaborates with outside sales. May mentor other inside sales representatives and resolve complex customer or sales issues independently.
