Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing across lending and partnerships: audience definition, segmentation, HubSpot campaign architecture, nurture flows, reporting tied to pipeline, and cross-functional alignment with sales and partners. Build scalable workflows, suppression logic, and attribution while operating in a regulated environment.

Manage and produce loan closing documents, review and negotiate title commitments, coordinate with operations and legal teams, check in signed loan packages, and assist with miscellaneous closing and legal tasks in a fast-paced lending environment.

Plan, manage, and execute events and conferences to drive brand awareness and pipeline. Lead end-to-end logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, promotions, booth/brand experience, cross-functional alignment with sales and marketing, and track event performance to optimize programs.
