Support litigation attorneys in personal injury matters: draft and e-file pleadings, manage litigation calendars and case files (CasePeer/Dropbox), coordinate depositions, experts, and medical providers, assist with trial preparation and trial support, and work with accounting on case costs.

Manage front-desk operations: greet visitors, answer and route calls, provide information, handle mail/scan/distribute documents, maintain supplies, schedule meetings, set up conference rooms, and perform clerical tasks. Serve as a bilingual (Spanish/English) customer-facing representative and support office administration.
