Lead multiple complex electronic product development projects from scope through delivery. Design and deliver complex FPGA and CPLD systems using RTL, integrated IP, simulations, timing closure, and lab debugging. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional engineering teams on architectures spanning video, communications, storage, signal processing, and other advanced applications. Support design reviews, prototype demonstrations, documentation, technical estimates, proposals, and customer implementation. The role requires strong FPGA tool-flow expertise, communication skills, and customer presence.

Design and deliver high-speed electronic systems from architecture through bring-up: schematic capture, component selection, simulations (LTSpice), SI/PI collaboration, PCB constraints (OrCAD/Cadence), prototype lab verification, test plan development, regulatory certification, documentation, and mentoring junior designers.

Support Business Development Managers by managing assigned accounts, nurturing relationships, qualifying leads, participating in discovery and scoping, coordinating internal teams, tracking CRM activity, identifying expansion opportunities, and periodically traveling within the territory to grow services revenue.

Lead hunter-focused business development to win high-complexity North American engineering services. Prospect, build relationships with silicon vendors and FAEs, position Fidus as early-stage design partner, defend premium onshore rates, and drive revenue within a defined territory through pipeline generation, upsell, and cross-sell.
