Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and post-close activation. Advise small business owners, accountants, and bookkeepers on Relay’s digital banking solutions, translate product capabilities into business value, generate inbound and outbound pipeline, meet sales goals, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve sales processes.

Lead a major fintech product area end-to-end, from vision and roadmap through launch, iteration, and scaling. Own KPIs and customer outcomes, use data and basic SQL for decisions, and partner with engineering, design, risk, operations, sales, marketing, and customer experience. Build banking, payments, accounting, payroll, risk, or AI-enabled products that help small businesses manage cash flow and finances.

Lead activation for new business customers from first login to funded, habitual use. Own activation metrics, run experiments, build lifecycle infrastructure, reduce friction from KYC/risk, drive adoption of core products, and coordinate cross-functional partners to improve time-to-first-deposit and 90-day product adoption.

Own and build Relay’s end-to-end fintech compliance program covering AML, sanctions, KYB/CDD, regulatory change, monitoring, testing, investigations, and sponsor-bank relationships. Establish evidence-driven controls, automate operations with AI, support product launches, manage exams and audits, report to leadership and the board, and hire and develop the compliance team.

Lead and scale Relay's influencer marketing end-to-end: strategy, team management, high-value creator relationships, creative direction, measurement and budget ownership across paid, organic, UGC, and ambassador models.

Lead Relay's earned and internal communications as the first dedicated comms hire: build media programs, manage PR agency, own executive communications, run product and campaign announcements, protect reputation with crisis playbooks, and measure earned media impact.

The Strategic Operations Manager will lead revenue planning, sales enablement, and analytics for the Partner Sales team, improving operational tools and frameworks for accounting partners while driving strategic growth and managing cross-functional collaboration.
