Draft, review, and negotiate high-volume technology and data licensing agreements (SaaS, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs). Serve as primary legal contact for Sales, develop templates and playbooks, advise on risk, IP, and data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), manage contract lifecycle with CLM tools, coordinate outside counsel, and support governance and compliance.

Provide commercial legal support by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS, data licensing, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs and vendor agreements. Advise sales, finance, and product on risk, IP, and privacy (GDPR/CCPA), manage contract lifecycle and templates, coordinate outside counsel, support corporate governance, and scale legal processes in an adtech/data-driven environment.
