Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team: manage calendars, act as communications hub, coordinate with Finance and Legal, support business development, fundraising, scientific projects, and plan events and off-sites.

Lead executive-level hiring: partner with the executive team to scope roles, source and close rare senior candidates across technical and commercial domains, manage end-to-end recruiting, and scale recruiting processes and talent pipelines.
