Provides senior legal counsel to executives and management on corporate strategy, governance, transactions, technology, employment, immigration, trade, commercial, intellectual property, and cross-border matters. Leads legal resources, coordinates external counsel, supports negotiations and risk decisions, and mentors legal and management teams across U.S. and global operations.

Provide light after-hours US support and occasional NYC travel.

Design and improve trading platforms with Python, support new trade functionality and integrations, monitor systems and infrastructure, respond to incidents, troubleshoot root causes, and optimize performance and reliability. Collaborate with quantitative researchers, engineers, senior leadership, and internal and external clients. The role also supports automation of accounting and operational workflows and requires understanding of market data and order-entry systems.

Build and scale automation, tooling, and deployment pipelines for research and trading platforms. Manage Kubernetes environments, design CI/CD pipelines, automate configuration and provisioning, maintain observability (monitoring, logging), develop internal tooling, collaborate with Linux systems engineers, and document operational best practices.

Analyze execution data across equities, futures, and other asset classes to build and maintain market impact and trade-cost models. Develop tools and studies to improve execution, collaborate with traders, researchers, brokers, and operations, and present findings to senior researchers to reduce transaction costs and enhance portfolio performance.

Lead the development of FX trading strategies, integrate FX as an asset class, build a team, and optimize execution and risk controls.

Lead a team of researchers to develop and implement systematic ETF strategies, optimize performance, and align with firm-wide investment strategies.

The Quantitative Researcher will develop and optimize trading strategies, analyze data for alpha signals, and collaborate on financial models.
