Handle escalated technical issues for multiple MSP clients: triage, remote and onsite troubleshooting, M365 and macOS administration, networking, generative AI platform support, client communication, documentation, and use of RMM/PSA tooling.

Resolve escalated technical issues across remote and onsite client environments, triage scope, perform infrastructure-level troubleshooting (M365, networking, macOS), support generative AI platforms, travel to LA-area client sites for deployments and hands-on fixes, document solutions, and maintain strong client relationships.

Own end-to-end order-to-cash for hardware, products, and services: distributor pricing and ordering, shipment tracking, depot receiving and asset tracking, invoicing in ConnectWise, AR collections, cost reconciliation, and issue resolution. Partner with AI automations and provide on-site depot support to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment and billing.
