Own the backlog and roadmap for computer vision and automated inspection products used in manufacturing quality systems. Translate plant and quality requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product increments. Lead Agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, user acceptance testing, commissioning, production validation, KPI measurement, operational readiness, training, and continuous improvement. The role requires regular plant-floor collaboration and approximately 20% travel to support manufacturing launches and system deployments.

Assess ergonomic risks in client workplaces, conduct detailed analyses, and recommend improvements that reduce risks to employee health, productivity, quality, and safety. Collaborate with clients across automotive, manufacturing, and other industries, prepare reports, deliver presentations, and travel regularly between client facilities for site visits.
