Leads automotive programs across the full product lifecycle, from award and development through supplier selection, launch, production, and post-production review. Serves as the primary customer interface, coordinates cross-functional engineering and business teams, manages schedules, risks, changes, quality, resources, and production readiness, and reports status to headquarters and leadership. Requires strong automotive program management experience, bilingual Korean and English proficiency, customer relationship skills, and knowledge of automotive quality and development standards.
